Morphe 3502 Second Nature Palette Review and Swatches

Morphe 3502 Second Nature Palette Review & Swatches
Morphe 350 2 Second Nature Palette

Morphe, Morphe, Morphe... I can't help but love Morphe palettes. As soon as I saw this new palette was launching, I had to get my hands on it. The 3502 Second Nature palette is the sequel palette of their most popular palette the 350. The 35O was continuously sold out when it launched, and the warm shades really drew makeup enthusiasts in. I also own the 350, and the sequel palette peaked my interests because it had the warm shades, the fiery reds and more shimmer shades. The one downside to the original palette for me was not having enough shimmer shades amongst all the matte shades. This palette has a better balance. The Second Nature Palette is much more vibrant and rich, leaving the 350 to seem more subtle. The 3502 screams fall, and I love it.

Morphe seems to be listening to their fan base because this palette did come with a plastic overlay with the shade names listed. I would much rather the names be printed on the palette itself, even a sticker on the back but atleast they do have names this time. It makes it much easier to give tutorials and follow tutorials. They have also redesigned their logo to have a more sleek logo. The packaging itself is the same.

Shipping to Canada came via DHL and I did have a small customs fee. I much preferred Morphe using DHL over Fedex because Fedex sends me a bill after I receive the parcel, whereas DHL sent my package to Canada Post and I was able to pay the fees right away. Morphe seems to have removed the more affordable USPS mailing option. I'm not sure why they have done this. DHL and Fedex are much faster, but I didn't mind shipping USPS in the past either. The shipping cost was a little cheaper.

If you've been following my blog, you know I'm a fan of Morphe. I love their 35 palettes because I have lots of choices for eyeshadows and I really like to layer my shadows to help build and blend my shadows. I feel like I have a nicer blended look when I build my shadows. Their shimmer shades are really standout and I never regret using a Morphe palette. I'm a warm toned eyeshadow lover and this palette is gorgeous.  I'm really happy to have added it to my collection. Do you have the original 35O? Are you planning on getting the 35O2?

  1. I love this palette with great range of shades and they look so pigmented. I really want to get my hands on a few morphe products, though shipping cost for me are always more expensive than the actual product itself, so i'll wait until i'll visit the states one day and do a huge haul

  4. I’ve been lusting after a Morphe palette for just about forever, but I don’t tend to wear eyeshadow too much so I don’t know if I can’t warrant the money, even though they are amazing value for money! I’m super tempted with this one, and my add it to my Christmas Wishlist..

  5. I don't really wear eyeshadows unless it's on a (rare) evening out! The colours in this palette look lovely though, very Autumnal, and they are obviously very pigmented too. So glad you're pleased with this palette X

  10. Oh wow, the shade range is stunning and the pigmentation seems to be really out of this world as well. I am not a fan of the huge palette size though, I find it to be hard store.

  13. I’m very hit and miss with Morphe palettes! When I first discovered them I was like omg I need them all, look at all the shades for the price! And after I got my first one and saw how pigmented the shades were i thought so even more. My problem now is I feel like a lot of the palettes are getting very similar with their shades and they just don’t grab my attention anymore! I only actually have the 35P which I never seem to reach for and recently I picked up the 25B. This 3502 palette does look pretty but I think the shades would be a bit too orangey for me!

  15. I own just one palette by Morphe (kathleenlights) which I had forgotten about. But I do plan to order some palettes and its so difficult to decide which one to buy. My wish list is getting too long. :-) This palette is so pretty. Even I like the warm tones and a little more shimmery shadows. :-)
