Morphe 24G Grand Glam Palette (Review and Swatches)

Morphe 24G Grand Glam Palette (Review and Swatches)
25 G Grand Glam Morphe

The 24G Grand Glam palette by Morphe is a fun palette to play with- it's filled with peachy/pink undertones. The warm browns are wonderful. The pan sizes are huge! Double the size of their regular pans. I could honestly dip a blush brush in the pans, easily. This palette swatches beautifully and wears really well. The lighter shades could easily be used as highlighter, the pink could be used as a blush and if you find a brown that would work as a bronzer/contour, I would try it. I purchased this palette in January, and I've used it quite a bit. It's typical of Morphe's recent shadows, they blend well and are very pigmented. There is a nice mix of matte and shimmer shades. It is housed in a cardboard packaging without a mirror but does feel sturdy.

I love a good "one and done" palette and I like that this palette could work as that. I would still need a bronzer shade because I'm so fair, but I could still get a eyeshadow, blush and highlighter out of this palette. I don't think I will ever hit pan on any of these shades. Morphe shimmer shades always stand out for me. I've purchased many high end palettes, and thought I could get more from a Morphe shimmer. I love a metallic look, and Morphe just doesn't disappoint. Now that they have a Canadian store and I can skip the customs, and lower the shipping- I won't be slowing down my purchases from them. I need to try their setting spray next!

Is this palette worth the money? Absolutely. I think this is a great palette to start with Morphe. If you want a smaller palette, you could try their 15 or 25 pan palettes. Those are great too! I'm excited to see the new releases that Morphe have in the works.

  11. Ugh I LOVE Morphe and they really have knocked it out of the park with this one - you're right, those pans are huge! x The colour scheme, although admittedly I already own all of those shades within other palettes, is TO DIE FOR and the swatches really seal the deal. What a lovely palette and post - on my shopping list right now! x
