Zoella Quench Me Body Sorbet and So Soft Lip Oil (Zoella Splash Botanics)

Zoella Quench Me Body Sorbet and So Soft Lip Oil

The Zoella Splash Botanics range hit stores at the end of July and I was given an opportunity to try two products out. The Zoella Quench Me Body Sorbet and the So Soft Lip Oil. Immediately, I thought the packaging was very cute and I couldn't wait to try them out. The lip oil really intrigued me since I hadn't tried one before. I'm familiar with Zoella the Youtuber, but I never followed her or was a fan. I was curious about her beauty products and didn't want to pass on them. I didn't wait long to use the So Soft Lip Oil. It has a very nice tear drop applicator that holds a nice amount of product. Applying it to the lips feels very nice and it has a slight cherry scent that I enjoyed. I continued to use the lip oil during my vacation and really liked the texture on my lips. It wasn't sticky or bothersome, it felt smooth and glossy. I will say that I don't think it did much to hydrate my lips. It quickly wore away, and my lips would just feel bare. Typically, a lip balm would last longer and feel more hydrating which is what I expected with this oil. Maybe it was just my own expectations of what a lip oil would do.

The Zoella Quench Me Body Sorbet was my favorite of the two. It doesn't feel greasy, and hydrated my skin very well. It sinks into the skin quickly, and leaves my skin feeling soft. The tub is adorable! Don't you think? The scent of the cream is just right for me. Applying it to the skin doesn't give me an overwhelming scent that would linger or be too strong and give me a headache. I use this mostly on my legs, arms and elbows which are my driest areas. I have very dry skin and can see myself repurchasing this product because I really did like it.

I would love to try out more Zoella beauty products because they're affordable, and seem to be good quality. If you're in Canada ,you can find these at London Drugs, and select Pharmasave stores.

*Products provided for review purposes. As always, I'm 100% honest in my opinion.

  2. I have known Zoella as a Youtuber but never really followed her. I did not know she has come up with her beauty products. That tub looks really pretty as it is an ice cream container. I would love to try but I don't think it will be available here. :-)
