Zoella Milky Way Bath Powder and Star Glazer Lip Balm Duo

Zoella Milky Way Bath Powder and Star Glazer Lip Balm Duo

Can we talk about the packaging and how beautiful it is? The cosmic design of the Zoella Christmas collection 2018 really caught my eye. I was gifted both of these around the holidays and decided to review them. In Canada Zoella Beauty products can be purchased at London Drugs, select Pharmasave and Familiprix stores. This collection also included a hand cream and fragrance mist quad. I would have like to try those as well.

If you had to choose between these products, I would recommend the Milky Way Bath Milk Powder. This was a stand out product for me and one that I would repurchase on my own.  This bath milk is very moisturizing, has a very soothing scent and dissolves easily in a bath. When you open the pouch, you will see that it's a powder and you can sprinkle it in the bath. I always add it to my bath while it is still running and it will foam up. I've never used a product like this before and was happy with the results. I have very dry skin and it felt very moisturizing and didn't irritate my sensitive skin. I also put it in my sons bath who also has dry skin, and it left him feeling very hydrated as well. It says three uses per sachet, but I've used it more than that. You don't need much in your bath water.

In addition to the bath powder, I received the Star Glazer lip duo. I love lip balm and could really use it during the winter months. This does come with two tins of balm; a shea nut scented balm and a cranberry scented shimmer balm. If you don't like using your finger to apply a balm, this won't be for you. It includes two tin pots of balm. The tins are a little hard to open, but you do get alot of balm. The cranberry shimmer does have a nice scent and the shimmer is pretty on the lips. It doesn't last long after applyinh and it isn't as moisturizing as I would like. I think they do an okay job, but for someone with very dry lips- I need more.

  3. These sound great. I have never got the chance to try Zoella products. But would love a lip balm with shimmer. :-)
