L'Oreal Paris Infallible Full Wear Concealer (Affordable Drugstore Concealer)

L'Oreal Paris Infallible Full Wear Concealer

Concealer is one of those products that I always wear if I'm doing a no makeup look or a full face of makeup- I need concealer. I'm willing to spend the money on a higher end concealer, but finding an affordable option is always welcoming. Recently, I picked up the L'Oreal Infallible Full Wear Concealer and I was so shocked with the results. When applying concealer, I need it to cover my dark circles or layer with a colour corrector and not give me too much creasing. I work full time, and I have no time for touching up my makeup during the day. I do set my concealer otherwise creasing will be worst, it's normal.

This concealer comes in 24 shades and claims to be their "most pigmented and full coverage concealer with an extra large applicator to provide maximum coverage in just one stroke." It's a waterproof, non-greasy formula that won't "transfer, fade or flake. Drying down to a thin, natural finish that lasts up to 24 hours." This concealer is full coverage, and it blends so easily. I've tried full coverage concealers that are thicker and it's so hard to blend it out, or you need to work quickly but I had no issues with this concealer. As for my application technique; I do not apply a ton of concealer to my under eye. If you're familiar with influencers slathering on the concealer, I don't do this. I feel like the sponge just soaks it up anyway. I do apply a few dots in a triangle shape, and I blend it out in a triangle. I also like to apply with a sponge, but I've tried this with a brush and it blended out nicely. The doe foot is nice because you can apply it exactly where you want. I do think this is comparable to the Tarte Shape Tape but not a complete dupe. The finish is different. It's a better alternative than the Revolution Conceal and Define which is less coverage.

Overall verdict: I love it! I'm so happy to have a drugstore option, and something that I can easily replace when I run out. I have the shade Porcelain but will try to find a darker shade that is more my skintone. I think this will also be great for spot concealing.
