Stila Lingerie Souffle Skin Perfecting Color Review

Stila Lingerie Souffle Skin Perfecting Color Review

The Stila Lingerie Souffle is a newer product from Stila and I was excited to try this mousse-like complexion product. This was sent to me for review purposes and claims to be a  "lightweight, delicately tinted skin perfector. Advanced pigments and light refracting particles smooth, blur and even skin tone creating the optimal illusion- skin that looks naturally fresh and perfected." Lately, I've preferred light coverage and I thought this sounded like something I would really enjoy. The Lingerie Souffle has 8 shades available and comes in a glass luxurious jar.

This is a water-based product, therefore make sure you're primer is a good match. Stila recommends using your fingers or their Stila One Step Complexion brush to apply it. I use my fingers to blend in the product and it works very well, making this product quick to apply. I will also pat it out with a sponge once I've blended it in with my fingers and that works well too. I do really like the finished look, it gives me the appearance of my skin but perfected. It doesn't settle into any fine lines which is another benefit. I do wish it came with a spatula because I do use a spatula to pick up the product and dot it around my face. It would have been nice to have a spatula included.

In conclusion, I really like this product. It's so easy to apply and feels very lightweight. The light reflecting particles are not obvious on the face, I wouldn't worry about it looking unnatural. It does give me a healthy looking base. There is a primer that you can purchase as well, and I would love to try that too. This was my first Stila complexion product and I'm really happy that I had a chance to try it. This will be great for the summer months.

You may wind up fanning the blazes of want to keep them consuming for quite a while to come! Babydolls
