Review and Swatches: Natasha Denona Peak Palette

Review and Swatches: Natasha Denona Peak Palette

The Natasha Denona Peak palette was included in my November 2020 Boxycharm base box. This palette is a Boxycharm exclusive but you may be able to find it around on the web. This palette is a 5 pan palette "featuring Natasha's essential everyday warm-toned eye pigments that she mixes and matches from her favourite palette." These shades are not new to the Natasha Denona lineup, they've actually been taken from the Biba, Safari and Sunrise palette. The shades are (Aya, Jasper, Thorn, Amhara, Shine) from left to right.

I've tried Natasha Denona shadows before, but this was my first 5 pan palette from her. She has mini 5 pan palettes and full-size 5 pans like this one. The packaging feels very nice, you would think the clear plastic would feel cheaper but it feels very sturdy. The plastic is quite thick, and the palette will hold up well in a makeup bag. Since I had a chance to try this palette, I'm more curious about her other palettes of this size, especially the Camel palette.

I'm also including swatches of this palette, I have not built up the shades. The brown looks light in the swatch but it can be built up easily. All of these shadows blend beautifully, true to Natasha Denona's formula. They feel buttery smooth. The metallic shade is also gorgeous!  I'm so happy that I was able to get this through Boxycharm.
