L'Oreal Infallible 24H Fresh Wear Foundation Review
Wednesday, March 20, 2019
The L'Oreal Infallible 24H Fresh Wear is one of the newest foundations to come to the drugstore and I've heard so many positive reviews that I really wanted to give it a try myself. This foundation claims to be medium to full coverage, breathable and lightweight. I will say I was surprised by how thin the texture was and the coverage that I received with a sponge. It was medium coverage right away, and yes it builds up nicely. The finish is very natural, and I do agree with their "second skin" claim. Additionally, the formula has oil absorbers to resist swear, water and transfer. I really don't like when foundations transfer so that was a nice bonus. This foundation is good for all skin types and comes in 30 shades.
I have dry skin, and this foundation worked very well for me. It's easy to blend, dries down quickly and I don't have to set it with powder. It does settle into the lines of my forehead but most foundations do that on me. A bit of powder in those spots and it's taken care of. I really like the pump because it's easy to control and you don't get too much product with a pump. I think this will be great during the summer because it is so lightweight. I tried applying it with a sponge and brush and both gave me similar coverage. My preference is usually a sponge.
Overall verdict: This is a new favourite foundation of mine. I would rank it along with my Physicians Formula Healthy Foundation. This foundation doesn't have SPF so you will need to add an SPF in your routine.
